The Annexe offers luxury self-catering accommodation in Colchester. It is a separate building to Scarletts Cottage and has its own entrance directly on to the shared terrace. The accommodation itself is as private and secluded as you could wish. The Annexe is sold exclusively to you for the time you are with us. It has two bedrooms with a shared bathroom upstairs and a downstairs shower room. On the ground floor you have the kitchen as well as the games room / sitting room which has a piano, darts board, flat screen TV and lots of comfortable seating for relaxing and enjoying the space

Downstairs the entrance door leads to a spacious lounge with large screen TV. The sofa bed here provides sleeping space for two additional people if required. Beyond the living area there is a pool table and dartboard plus a small library of books, also bookcase in Bedroom 2.
The kitchen is fully fitted including a gas cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer with ample cooking utensils.
As well as the upstairs bathroom there is a Shower room and WC downstairs.
